drama in jingan exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, making me feel at home. the location was perfect for exploring the area and the room was spacious and well-furnished. i loved the nespresso machine and the free minibar!

the decor of the rooms and lobby were very stylish and cosy, and the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help us with arrangements and free minibar. the convenient location across from a popular venue really added to the experience.
Poor Wi, Fi & Bathroom lighting there were a few notable drawbacks. We struggled to get the Wi, Fi to work properly as it required a local number for activation, and the English skills of the staff were somewhat limited.

This hotel is an absolute luxury. the impeccable service and exclusive amenities create a truly memorable stay. the room advantages are impressive, with a beautifully designed and spacious room, in-room dining with an extensive menu, and private facilities such as a Jacuzzi.
One minor issue is the lack of sufficient lighting in the room. Although the ambiance is cozy, it becomes an inconvenience when trying to get ready or work.

The room was very spacious and had a good selection at the minibar. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and it was easy to walk to tourist attractions. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and really made us feel at home.
The room was extremely dark and it was difficult to see anything, even with all of the lights turned on. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff, and we encountered some issues with the breakfast service.

Staying at this boutique hotel feels like home from the beginning. the staff is smiley and helpful, making you feel secure and comfortable. the location is perfect with great restaurants and shopping malls at a short distance. the room is well-furnished with a comfortable bed. the bathroom is beautifully organized and adequately lit. the minibar has good choices, and there is a Nespresso machine for coffee fans.
The lighting in the room is too dim and inadequate for reading and practical activities.
